Imagine Theatre are delighted to announce we will be producing the 2013 pantomime at the De Montfort Hall, Leicester and the title will be Aladdin. It runs from Saturday 14th December 2013 to Sunday 5th January 2014.
The show is written and directed by Susie McKenna. The Musical Supervisor is Steven Edis.

Unfortunately Tameka Empson has had to withdraw from Aladdin for personal reasons.
We are thrilled to announce she is replaced by her 'Three Non Blondes' co-star the hysterical Jocelyn Jee Esien, star of 'Big School' 'Little Miss Jocelyn' and 'Gangsta Granny'. Welcome Jocelyn!

The Cast is Almost Complete!
We are delighted to announce that joining the Leicester cast alongside Tameka Empson, Hardeep Singh Kohli and Martin Ballard are Tony Whittle as Widow Twankey, Ashley Joseph as Wishee Washee, Kraig Thornber as Abanazar, Rina Fatania as Genie of the Ring and Neil Bull as PC Ping.
The queue around the building at 9am, 30 mins before doors opened for registration!

What an amazing turn out! Nearly 200 babes tried out for this years babes auditions. Fantastic!
The standard was incredibly high and we wish we could have taken more but congratulations to the 20 babes who made it into the main teams, and the 10 reserves.
Radio Leicester Star Martin Ballard Joins the Cast!
We are thrilled that Martin will be joining us at the De Montfort Hall this year for his eleventh Imagine Theatre panto. Martin takes a break from the frocks this year to play one of the hilarious Chinese Policemen. Great to have you with us Martin x
First castings are announced

We are delighted to announce the first two castings for 'Aladdin'
Soap Superstar Tameka Empson joins us to play the Empress of China. Tameka won Funniest Female Soapstar at last year's Inside Soap Awards. Welcome Tameka!
We are also delighted to have the one and only Hardeep Singh Kholi playing the Genie of the Lamp. Welcome Hardeep!
This promises to be one panto not to be missed!
